Kelly L. Wilson, LCSW
Kelly Wilson, LCSW is a clinician, consultant and trainer in private practice in Ridgeland, MS. She has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field specializing in the treatment of childhood traumatic stress. Kelly has worked extensively with children and families in multiple settings including therapeutic foster care, in-home services, child welfare prevention and reunification cases, child advocacy centers, and outpatient care. She is a nationally recognized trainer of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has been a faculty on numerous TF-CBT Learning Collaboratives across the country. Beyond clinical training, Kelly has worked with organizations to bring about systems change focused on administrative and supervisory structures that support the adoption and implementation of evidence-informed clinical practices. Kelly maintains a private practice working with adults and adolescents focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment issues. Kelly has a passion for ensuring client-driven behavioral healthcare of the highest quality.
Jennifer Sigrest, LPC
Jennifer Sigrest, LPC has over 2 decades experience in the behavioral health field providing services and supports across multiple settings and systems. An early focus on crisis intervention led to a broader interest in the relationship of traumatic stress to ongoing life stressors and difficulties. Along the way, collecting and analyzing data to track improvements and inform services became an integral part of her approach individually and in the larger context of organizations and systems. Currently in private practice in Ridgeland, MS, Jennifer specializes in working with adolescents and adults dealing with issues of traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, LGBT-related concerns, and other life stressors utilizing strengths-based cognitive behavioral approaches. She provides consultation and collaboration with organizations working to implement and sustain best practices or to change and improve existing systems. She is also a trainer and practitioner of SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress), a group model targeting issues related to complex trauma.
