Jennifer Sigrest, LPC has over 2 decades experience in the behavioral health field providing services and supports across multiple settings and systems.  An early focus on crisis intervention led to a broader interest in the relationship of traumatic stress to ongoing life stressors and difficulties.  Along the way, collecting and analyzing data to track improvements and inform services became an integral part of her approach individually and in the larger context of organizations and systems.  Currently in private practice in Ridgeland, MS, Jennifer specializes in working with adolescents and adults dealing with issues of traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, LGBT-related concerns, and other life stressors utilizing strengths-based cognitive behavioral approaches.  She provides consultation and collaboration with organizations working to implement and sustain best practices or to change and improve existing systems.  She is also a trainer and practitioner of SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress), a group model targeting issues related to complex trauma.
